Our head office is in Camberwell, but we also run courses out of facilities in Geelong and West Footscray. We keep classes to 20 students or less at a time. We find small class sizes can help you to feel comfortable in your learning environment.
Because most of your learning is done face-to-face, you need to be present at all of your classes and for the entire duration of each class. Remember if you don’t attend at least 85% of your scheduled classes, you’re significantly increasing your chances of not completing your course. You also run the risk of having to attend catch-up classes or one-on-one sessions with your trainer (which will cost extra).
Our qualifications training programs start at the beginning of each term. Short courses and other training options run regularly. Please call us on 1300 360 185 to find out when your course is on next.
If you’ve missed part of a unit, or less than half a day in the classroom, it’s a good idea to contact your trainer and ask them to go over what was covered in class while you were away, because you may have missed an in-class assessment. If you feel you need more support, please contact the Student Support Team to discuss a catch-up class.
If you’ve missed an entire unit or more than one consecutive day of classes, you may find that catching up on course content is a bit difficult without assistance. Please contact the Student Support Team to discuss the best option for you.
Please contact your trainer directly. If you can’t do this, contact the Student Support Team, and we will pass the message on to your trainer.
If you can’t stay until the scheduled end time for class, please make sure you mention this to your trainer at the start of the day. This’ll help them make adjustments to any in-class activities or in-class assessments.
Please contact your trainer directly or call our Head Office on 1300 360 185.
