Our Student Satisfaction Surveys are conducted in weeks 3, 5, 8 and 12 of your course. These are an opportunity to give your anonymous feedback and opinions on the quality of our delivery and assessment, facilities, staff, and your overall experience with Field.

You’re always welcome to discuss your experience as a student with us at any time. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact the Student Support Team, where you’ll get the opportunity to give your feedback with complete confidentiality.

Your feedback is reviewed by the Student Experience Manager and will be used to assist our continuous improvement process, trainer development, learner resources and assessment moderation and validation.

Our Policy and Application Form for Complaints and Appeals is available on our Downloads page. But we also strongly advise that you attempt to resolve your issue informally before lodging a formal complaint form.
