The best way to find out what your course will cost is to contact us on 1300 360 185. Your fees will depend on the course you select and whether you’re eligible for funding or concession. Remember the fees we publish here aren’t your final fees. When you enrol, your fees will be calculated individually. Course fees include tuition and materials, but extra costs may apply (for example, if you need a certificate printed/mailed, or if you need to reschedule training/assessment).

Unless otherwise specified, your tuition fees include the cost of all compulsory training and assessment.
We include up to two attempts at reassessment per unit of competency. If you need more attempts than this, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-assessment fee in accordance with the fee table provided on the relevant fees agreement. Material fees (Learner Guides, assessment materials, handouts etc.) are an additional cost on top of tuition fees and will vary depending on the qualification chosen, and may vary depending on individual circumstances. Refer to our Fees at a glance page for material fees for specific qualifications.
Credit card and EFT payments are accepted. We recognise that it’s not always possible to pay for your training program in a one-off payment, so we offer our participants the ability to pay for their accredited course by instalments.
We offer concession rates for our Certificate III and IV courses. This rate applies to students who meet the eligibility criteria for the government Victorian Skills First funding program, and ALSO hold one of the following:
If you’re a concession card holder and meet the specified requirements, you’ll pay 20% of our published standard Tuition Fees. In order to claim a concession for your tuition fees, you’ll need to show us a valid concession card when you enrol. Concession will apply for the full duration of your course. If you can’t provide us with a valid concession card at the time of enrolment, the standard Government funded fees level will apply. If you don’t meet the eligibility criteria for Victorian Skills First funding, you’ll be charged the Fee for Service rate.
Your fees are due within fourteen days after you receive your invoice, as issued and approved by Field.
Yes! You can enter into a payment plan to pay off your tuition fees, including any other fees and charges that apply to your training program. The amount and frequency of your payments will depend on your total course fee and how long your course goes for.
Before you complete your enrolment form, you’ll get a statement of fees that shows exactly what your course will cost. You’ll get the option to choose from three different payment plan options, depending on what works best for you.
Around 7-10 days after your course starts, we’ll send you an invoice with confirmation of your payment plan.
If you’re experiencing financial hardship, please contact us to discuss a payment amount and schedule that works for you. All discussions we have with you about your payment plan remain strictly confidential at all times.
You can pay your fees via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit/Debit card. If you don’t have access to internet banking or a smart phone with banking apps, you can ring our office and we can easily take payments over the phone. You can also call in and see us at our head office and make a payment using our EFTPOS machine.
If you’re more than (30) days overdue with payments, we reserve the right to suspend training services until you pay and bring your fees up to date. For long-term outstanding fees, we use a debt recovery agency to ensure payment of the services we provide.
You might be entitled to a refund in any of the following circumstances:
To apply for a refund, you must complete and submit a Refund Request Form which can be downloaded from our Downloads page. Refunds are paid direct to your nominated bank account (unless an employer is paying for your tuition fees).
You can email your completed form to [email protected] or deliver it to our head office. Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be processed from the date your completed form is received by our office.
